All about Reels Remix – The New Kid on the Block
Much like TikTok Duets, Reels Remix allows people to add audio, voiceover, filters & AR effects to their remix. These videos can be up to 30 secs long, and the feature prompts users with a 10 seconds countdown to review and edit their content before publishing. The Remix option automatically applies to all new Reels that you upload now. If you want to use an older Reel for remix, you will have to re-upload the video or return to the specific Reel and enable it for Remix.
Your Reels can go on your story and your feed. They are saved in the Reels tab and your visitors can choose any Reel they want to remix from there. The platform automatically gives you credit as the original creator in the new video.
